Overview: If you need assistance with your website, whether it's a content update, technical issue, or any other request, our support team is always here to help. You can easily submit a ticket through our support center, our support email, or reach out to your brand success manager. 

Steps to Submit a Ticket:

  1. Log into the Support Center:

    • Visit support.highervisibility.com and log in with your credentials.
    • If this is your first request you will receive an email to verify your new account. 
    • Our support desk is restricted by domains, so please use your company email. 
  2. Choose a Request Type:

    • Select the appropriate category for your request:
      • Content Updates (e.g. adding a new service, chat bot, or publishing a blog post)
      • Website Backups (e.g. rolling back to a previous version of your site)
      • Technical Issues (e.g. plugin issues, malware, form routing problem)
  3. Provide Detailed Information:

    • Clearly explain your request in the description field. The more detail you can provide our support team, the quicker we can resolve the issue or apply your content.
  4. Attach Relevant Files:

    • If applicable, attach any files, such as images for content updates or screenshots of the issue.
  5. Submit the Ticket:

    • Click "Submit" and our team will respond within our (SLA) timeframes.

Response Time:

  • First Response: Within 24 hours.
  • Issue Resolution: Typically within 48 hours, depending on the complexity of the request.
