When to Request a Restoration:

- If a plugin or WordPress update causes issues, and you need to revert to a previous version, submit a support request.

- If significant content or settings were changed accidentally, we can roll back the site to a prior version.
How to Request a Backup Restoration:
- Log into the support center and select "Website Backups"
- Describe the issue and specify the date you’d like the site restored to.
- Submit the ticket, and our team will handle the restoration.
Note: All backups are handled automatically on a daily basis.
